With more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, Fortune 500 companies, and tech/Web3 startups, Jih-Ming has harnessed his most crucial skills and distilled them into highly efficient, no-nonsense training programs. His facilitation experience in corporate, startup, and nonprofit environments, along with lecturing at the University of Zurich and Singapore Management University, allows him to create optimal training sessions tailored to your needs.
His global management experience in Taiwan, Germany, Switzerland, China, Singapore, and Japan not only makes him trilingual in German, Chinese, and English, but also uniquely equips him with expertise in intercultural management and global strategies.
